Anniversary Day, Looking Forward!!

Thirty three years of marriage! Amazing! I wish I had a record of it all. Bill and I have had wonderful experiences, tearful events, sadnesses and joy beyond belief. Most importantly we are still facing everything together, and better than ever. We both passed to our five children a great heritage and that is the focus of this blog. By appreciating those who came before them, we hope our children and grandchildren will see some of their own strengths and learn from those who have paved the way.

Grandma Oneita passed on to me at a very young age (5) an immense interest in my ancestors, for she told me their stories and showed me their worn old photos. A connection to them never left me and when I married I became the sole searcher for anything "Curtright." A thirtythree year obsession has filled many volumnes and I now find the necessity to have a place to keep my research ramblings. For one place maybe I can find them myself, for another reason, I have a place to share with other obsessed family members. Just maybe a story or two may interest even the uninterested descendant of some amazing people!! Most of all this blog is a learning experience for a fiftysomething gal who has to keep up with technology to do what she loves!!
